Norcina brings New City housemade pastas, cheeses, and recipes using the highest quality ingredients from local farms and top tier national food vendors. Combining the freshest menu ingredients with a trendy, yet causal bar, and comfortable dining area, Norcina is the perfect place for family and friends to gather for delicious food and good times.

Norcina is the brain child of Rockland County locals Milan Dobrilovic and Nick Nuccio who teamed up with Executive Chef Erick Carrasco.

Over the last decade while Milan was flipping pizzas at his family’s pizzeria and Nick was mixing up cocktails around town, Chef Erick was running kitchens at top NYC restaurants Beauty & Essex and Biata @ Eataly. When he wasn’t cooking in Manhattan, he spent time abroad working on culinary in Northern Italy and France.

Milan, Nick, and Erick want you to have the best dining experience at Norcina. Erick wants you to eat a meal you'll never forget, while Milan and Nick want you to feel like you're home and part of the family when you join us at our table!
